Send your CV in whatever state it is in — Word, PDF, a Canva export, a photo of a printout. Plus the link to the role you want, or the job title and company if you have not found the posting yet.

One column, parser-safe headings, dates in the format the system expects, and your bullets rewritten as X-Y-Z with the numbers you actually have. Then we strip it to plain text to see exactly what the parser will see, and fix what breaks.

We will not add a job you did not have, a degree you did not finish or a number you cannot defend in an interview. A CV that gets you into a room you cannot hold is worse than no CV.

The pack teaches you the rules and gives you a skeleton. This is us applying them to your CV, for a named employer, with the keyword research done. If you have the time and patience, do it yourself — the pack is genuinely complete.
Each booking covers one CV targeted at one role, because the keyword work is role-specific. A second role on the same CV is KSh 500 if booked at the same time.
Then say so when you book. Projects, coursework and internships can be framed with real numbers, and we will tell you which of yours carry weight — but be warned that a thin CV stays thin, and formatting cannot fix that.
We keep it while we work on it and delete it after your revision round, unless you ask us to hold it for a future booking. We never pass it to an employer without you telling us to.
On a working day, yes — that is why there are only ten slots a week. If you book on a Friday night, you get it Monday, and we will say so when you book.
